When will my order ship?

The moment we hear the sweet "ka-ching", we are on your order! Preparing your goodie for shipping takes us up to 48 hours, and you will receive a tracking number in a separate email. Should we need any clarification of your order (for ex., missing personalization details or an incomplete address), we will email you asap. 

When will I receive my order?

We are very excited to offer expedited 2-5 day worldwide shipping. Remote area purchases may require additional time for delivery. International orders may need additional time for customs clearance. 

If you need your goodie to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us at team@era81.com prior to placing your order to make sure we are able to meet the deadline. 

Do you ship to PO / APO / FPO boxes?

Orders going to local PO boxes and APO / FPO boxes ship via USPS for 2-4 day delivery for the former and 10-15 day delivery for the latter. International PO box orders ship via USPS and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination location because private carriers do not ship to PO boxes internationally.

I'm shopping from outside the US. Will I need to pay customs fees?

International orders may incur additional fees, i.e. customs duties and import taxes, that are paid by the customer. These charges are imposed by the country of destination, and we advise that our customers check their country's import policies prior to making a purchase. RETURNS

We hope you love your ERA81 goodie! Should you wish to return any of the products you bought, please contact us at team@era81.com to confirm the return. Personalized products are not eligible for returns. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please ensure that the product is in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned in the original box within 14 days of the delivery. Should the product be sent after 14 days, only a store credit may be issued, completely at the discretion of ERA81. 

We recommend that a tracked and insured postal service be used for return shipping as we will not refund packages that were lost or damaged in transit. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by ERA81. 

Once we receive the product back in the new condition, we will issue a full refund of the product cost less the shipping fee to your original payment method. Refunds should show on your account within 7-10 working days.
