We ship each product within 1 business day with USPS. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to make sure we are able to meet the deadline.
Please double check the address as we will not be responsible for any delays caused by the mistakes in the address information. If the parcel is unclaimed and the post office returns the parcel back to us, the buyer is responsible to pay the shipping cost again if he or she wishes to re-send the parcel.
UNITED STATES: We ship with USPS within the United States.
REST OF THE WORLD: We do standard international shipping that is not insured and has a tracking number that is only working within the United States. Once the parcel leaves the US, the tracking may or may not be updated, at the discretion of your country postal system.
We are obligated to mark all items as merchandise. International shipments may be charged import fees/handling fees. The shipping charge paid to Era81 only covers our actual cost to ship the package to your country. CUSTOMERS are responsible for ALL additional import, customs and handing fees assessed by their country and are advised to research the costs prior to shipment/purchase.
We hope you love your Era81 product! If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please send the product back to us for a refund.
The product must be sent back to Era81 within 14 days of delivery. Please note that if the product is sent after 14 days, only a store credit may be issued, completely at the discretion of Era81. Once we receive the product back in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds should show on your account within 7-10 working days. Please note that all postage costs and import fees are non-refundable.
Please ensure that the product is in the original condition, unused, not damaged and returned in original packaging. Damaged or used products are not eligible for refund. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
Era81 is not responsible for any costs in returning the products, this includes shipping cost and any customs or import fees.
