We take pride in our work and stand behind our product and customer service promises. If you didn't receive your order or the item is not as described, we will work with you to make it right.

Non-delivery Guarantee

If you placed your order with us but did not receive your package, we will reship it to you at our own expense if:

  • We failed to provide a proof of shipment
  • We used the wrong address (not the one that you provided at checkout) to ship your product
  • The item was lost in transit

Not-as-described Guarantee

If you receive an item that it is different from the online description or photos, i.e.:

  • The item is of a different design, size, or material than described,
  • The item has defects in craftsmanship or is missing parts,
  • You ordered a different quantity than received,

we will gladly replace it at our own expense. If you believe your order was delivered not as described, please contact us at team@era81.com within 2 days of the delivery.

Ineligible Items

There are a few exceptions to the Guarantee:

  • Items were sent to the address on file with the order, but the address provided by the customer was wrong or outdated
  • Items were delayed due to the customs check or other forces out of our control
  • Items were delivered by the carrier
  • Items were worn, used, or altered after the delivery
  • Items were as described, but you changed your mind and are no longer interested in them (you are still eligible for 14-day Returns)
